Cut the leaves into small pieces without bulbs
also cook about a handful of Senaga pappu in the pressure cooker and keep aside remember the dal should be not totally like a paste cook a bit dry.
we can make like this dal by adding little less water
cut also onion(1)
tomatoes(2)
green chilies
now in a pan heat oil
add senaga pappu, menapa pappu, avallu, jeera, enjuva in the same order. and then add green chilis and saute
add onion and little bit salt and allow to cook
now add the cut beet root leaves and allow to cook with the lid covered over the pan.
after its cooked well add the tomatoes and the hand full of cooked senaga pappu
and little water and allow everything to cook well
towards t he end add fresh cut coriander leaves
