1 cup unbleached all purpose flour
3/4 cup corn meal
3 TBS sugar
1 TBS baking pwd
3/4 TSP salt
2/3 CUP milk
4 TBS butter
1 large egg
preparation:Pre heat oven to 425 F. Grease pan , stir flour , corn meal,sugar , baking pwd and salt
In another bowl whisk milk and butter which is melted and add egg and mix well till everything is blended
Add all this to the flour stir until flour is moistened( batter will be lumpy)
bake in the pre heated over
do the tooth pick test to test the center of the bread and enjoy
